DASHBOARD POPULATED AFTER GOING TO CONTROL CENTRAL USING HOME LINK (FUSION LOOK) (Doc ID 1612149.1)

Symptoms

 

In CC&Bv2.3.1, when fusionlook property is true, navigating to the Control Central by clicking on
Home button does not clear the current context zone on dashboard and the global context.

 

Steps To Recreate:

1. Log into a CCB 2.3.1 environment where fusionLook property is true.

2. Ensure that Control Central is the Home Page defined for your userid.

3. Navigate to Control Central Search, search and select a record. Notice that Current Context is populated with the current record.

4. Click on Home button, note that the Control Central page is still populated with the previous search result.

The dashboard on the right is not empty.
