Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, prepost.pc should have the program name written to the RESTART_PROGRAM_HISTORY table.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run prepost.pc with any set of input parameters.  If it finishes successfully, note that no corresponding row is written to RESTART_PROGRAM_HISTORY.
  2. Run prepost.pc for replsizeprofile (e.g., prepost replsizeprofile pre).  The batch fails while trying to write to RESTART_PROGRAM_HISTORY.
