Symptoms
In 7.4 dm_vertex, there are issues with taxes on one of the hosts with the new Vertex setup, which seems to be randomly "missing" generating taxes on data that is known to be good.
Looking further into this, issue appears to depend upon one of the dm_oracle backend loosing connection to Oracle DB schema (reported as ORA-03114 in logs), making no attempt to re-establish connection.
It then just returns "no taxes" back through the DM.
