When Trying To Run Oracle Clinical, Browser Gets Hung At "Loading Applet..." (Doc ID 1613308.1)

Goal

When trying to run Oracle Clinical, the browser gets hung at "Loading Applet..."

Customer has a Virtual IP pointing to two OC servers using an F5 load balancer.
When using the virtual IP to connect to the servers, the Jinitiator never loads and the browser hangs at "Loading Applet...".
However, if they point the browser directly to the server address, Jinitiator loads and OC opens.

What may be causing this to occur?
