OCCAS Performs Extra Address Lookup for Outbound INVITE When To Header is Non-Numeric (Doc ID 1614011.1)

While sending outbound INVITE message Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS) is performing extra Domain Name Server (DNS) look of type "A" (Address lookup).
This happens when "To" header of outgoing INVITE message is set to non-numeric sip URI with one of below conditions.

1.) Transport parameter specified

2.) Transport parameter NOT specified
