After Performing Container Splitting Column UNIT_QTY is Set to Negative Value in The CONTAINER_ITEM Table (Doc ID 1614106.1)

Symptoms

On application RWMS 13.0.2 , after performing container splitting a UNIT_QTY is set to negative value in the CONTAINER_ITEM table
This will cause an issue on the RMS side when the RIB message gets sent. 

As the Distributed container in negative stock, it has been shipped and messages are stuck in RIB, causing delay in receiving shipment as well.


Steps to recreate
1 Create transfer T1 for dest_id d1 with 5 units.
2 Create transfer T2 for dest_id d1 with 9 units.
3 Distribute the transfer in same WAVE.
4 Do the picking in same container from HH.
5 Go the HH -> inventory management -> SPLIT container
6 Enter FROM CONTAINER ID and TO CONTAINER ID
7 Enter the item
8 Now Enter unit QTY between 5 and 9 (Quantity must be in between transfer of lesser QTY and transfer of maximum QTY)
9 For e.g. enter unit Qty as 6
10 Press Ctrl+4 for done.
11 Check CONTAINER_ITEM table against distro T1 and item I1, record will be available with negaitve and positive containers.
