Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Central Office (CO), Transaction IDs are not configurable as they are in Retail Point-of-Service (POS). The transaction ID format is configurable in POS, whereas it is hard coded in CO. If the default configuration is changed in POS, the Transaction Tracker fails in CO.
