Unable To Login to OCA Client

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log into the OCA client with the default user name and password (ASAP_admin/password_ASAP_admin), the user received the following error messages:
"Login failed: User: ASAP_admin, failed to be authenticated.
Please ensure that you entered the right credentials and that your account is not currently locked out"

"Failed to initialized session, reason:java.lang.NullPointerException"
