Cannot Log Into Time Approval. (Doc ID 1614669.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log into Time Approval, the log in fails as nothing appears to happen.

Able to successfully log into Time Approval, but no data is visible even though timesheets have been submitted.

User with privileges "Approve Timesheets as Project Manager" and "Approve Resource Timesheets" enabled is not able to log into Time Approval.

User with proper privileges but not Admin Superuser is able to log into Time Approval but cannot see any data.
