Goal

When a supplier is created in E-Business Suite (EBS) with more than one site, and one of the sites errors or is incomplete, why is no information at all sent to Retail Merchandising System (RMS)?
It is expected that correct supplier sites are sent to RMS, and just the errored/incorrect supplier sites are not sent.
