Symptoms

While executing createOrderByValueRequest XML API to create a 'PSR' order to disconnect an In-Service TN and then re-assign the same TN on the same service request, the user received the following error:

Caused by: com.metasolv.common.MSLVXMLApiException: Exception Thrown Importing Order.
Message: Unable to process item Line Product group 4528. Error Code 31013:Miscellaneous Error: <TEL NO> is not the current telephone number in Telephone Number Inventory
