The CCSCD3=CHG PI Command's EDR Type is Undocumented for Recharging Zero Amount (Doc ID 1615134.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control, all documentation releases up to and including 5.0.1.

It is not possible to figure out based on the documentation which EDR type will be generated for a CCSCD3=RCH  PI command with an amount of 0 (e.g. for an expiry modification).

The issue is with CCSCD3 with RCH actions such as the following one :

 The amount defaults to 0, and the documentation is unclear about the type of EDRs generated.
