Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Service Controller 6.1, when the originating subscriber has no balance and makes a call, the no balance announcement is played but the call is continued instead of released.
No release message from OCCAS-SC to the network instead the OCCAS-SC send continue.
