The Decimal Quantity is Rounded Off in RMS for DSD Created from SIM for KG Item (Doc ID 1616167.1)

For a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) created from Store Inventory Management (SIM) for KG item, decimal quantity is rounded off in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set up Item in RMS for SUOM='KG' and selling_uom='KG'
  2. Create DSD without a Purchase Order (PO) in SIM for 10.5 qty of same item.
  3. A PO is created in RMS.  Ordered and received quantity gets rounded off to 11 in RMS ORDLOC table.
  4. INVC_HEAD table is populated with 10.5 qty and INVC_DETAIL table is populated with 11.
