IM 8 Users Unable To Connect And Servers Auto-restarted in 3-node Server Pool (Doc ID 1616738.1)

Symptoms

IM 8 + 02DecHotfix users unable to connect and servers auto-restarted in 3-node server pool. (serverA, serverB, serverC)

Getting reports from users that they could not connect to IM server, getting stuck on "Connecting".
After checking, it was "serverA" that users were unable to connect to.

serverA was manually restarted, then shortly after, serverB and serverC were auto restarted by themselves.
