Itron Openway Electric Usage Loading Fails If EventLog or BlockInfo are Empty (Doc ID 1617043.1)

Symptoms

While using SGG D8 (Itron OpenWay) OSB adapter for loading electric usage into MDM. We are facing 2 issues with this out-of-the-box adapter.

1. In the electric file from Itron, if BlockInfo comes as nil i.e. , then it is failing schema validation with below error in the ProcessingProxyService.
Expected element 'Block@http://xmlns.oracle.com/itronXML' before the end of the content in element BlockInfo@http://xmlns.oracle.com/itronXML

Please note if manually remove BlockInfo tag from the file or populate it with its child elements, it passes the schema validation successfully.

2. If also comes as nil from Itron i.e. , it is passing schema validation but failing in the ITRONXML2ResultXQuery transformation in the ProcessingProxyService with the below error.
OSB Assign action failed updating variable "resultList": com.bea.wli.common.xquery.XQueryException: Error parsing XML: line 165, column 24: {err}FORG0005: expected exactly one item, got 0 items
