SCCEXT Aborts with "ORA-00001" Violation Error When Executed in Multi-threaded Mode (Doc ID 1617227.1)

SCCEXT batch when exectued in multithreaded mode fails with following error:

Instructions to Re-create

1.Set up sccext batch to run in multi threaded mode with 5 threads.
2.Create a purchase order with ten items. Approve the purchase order.
3.Create  ten supplier cost changes, one for each of the item in the purchase order. The cost change IDs should be sequential.
4.Set the effective date to vdate+1, set RECALC_ORD_IND to Y, approve the cost change.
5.Execute the batch sccext.
6.The batch fails with unique constraint error, when inserting the order number into ORDLOC_REV table.
