Inconsistent DR Result For Native SMPP Interface (Doc ID 1617356.1)

Goal

Why do SMS messages sent with delivery receipt request, result in inconsistent results  i.e. only every send request results in DR.  When there are 2 Routes setup to both MCO(SMSCs) 1 and 2, one each for Plugin_sms_smpp and one for Plugin_px21_short_messaging_smpp instances ?

The trace file shows that as long as the incoming notification arrives on the connection attached to plugin Plugin_sms_smpp, it is ok: e.g.:
