OCIROQ.PC Aborts With SYSOUT 'Killed' Error When Run In Multi-Thread Mode

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, the OCIROQ.PC batch aborts when executed in multi-threaded mode.   OCIROQ.PC aborts without logging anything to the error folder, but throws the following error to sysout of the operating system:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change num_threads to 2 in RESTART_CONTROL table.
2. Change commit_max_cntr to 1000 in RESTART_CONTROL table.
3. Run OCIROQ.PC batch.
