If an account is in inactive status and a deal/product configured for monthly cycle_forward_arrear charging is purchased for this account, sometime later the account is reactivated, the charges for inactive period also got applied for the newly purchased deal.
The charge should not include the inactive period for the second deal purchased (it is configured as Calculate the charge based on the amount used)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
01.Jan.2013 - Create a subscription account with 1st as billing date and with a cycle_forward_arrear charging deal.
06.Feb.2013 - Do billing, Here charges for Jan period is applied
01.Mar.2013 - Do billing, Here charges for Feb period is applied
01.Mar.2013 - Inactivate the account
06.Apr.2013 - Do billing, charges for 1 day in Mar period is applied
06.Apr.2013 - Purchase a another cycle_forward_arrear (set to Inactive at the purchase time) charging deal for the account
06.May.2013 - Do billing, no charges applied for Apr period
06.Jun.2013 - Do billing, no charges applied for May period
06.Jun.2013 - Reactivate the account
06.Jul.2013 - Do billing, here charges for second deal applied from 06.Apr.2013 to 30.Jun.2013 including for inactive period
