Command "set Groups Orchestream Interfaces <interfacename>" Is Not Sent By The Network Processor (Doc ID 1618944.1)

Symptoms

The Juniper Device Driver was sending the following command :

"set groups orchestream interfaces "

The Network processor however  is not sending this command.
