Insight - Accessing Other Schemas With Modified SQL Advanced Conditions
(Doc ID 1619217.1)
Last updated on JULY 13, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Life Sciences Argus Insight - Version 7.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
In Insight we often create advanced conditions with modified SQL. When we do this we need to query custom tables or views in schemas other than APR_MART. What grant rights are needed in these other schema to enable Insight to do this?
If we grant select to public this works, but poses a security risk. Please advise what grants are needed specifically.
If grants are insufficient an SQL error is given when the advanced condition is executed.
