Export Rules Fails with 'Oracle error 17008: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException' (Doc ID 1619559.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.3.3 version, Rule Migration

When attempting to export rule,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Oracle error 17008: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Closed Connection has been detected in FND_CONCURRENT.SET_INTERIM_STATUS.Oracle error 17008: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Closed Connection has been detected in CpContext.requestEnd.Oracle error 17008: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Closed Connection has been detected in CpContext.modifyOutFileInDb.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export form rule from PCG - GRC Controls responsibility.
