Symptoms

When SQL rule is executed from simplified batch, status changes to ongoing on the screen, and illegal number of arguments error occurs in iccserver.log.

There is a 'NULL' parameter, missing between dbhostname and system id that is being passed to the batch when it is getting triggered from
simplified batch when compared with when it gets triggered from SQL rule summary screen.
