Final Report is not displayed on Case Form UI (Doc ID 1619886.1)

Symptoms

When clicking 'Final' link of an expedited report such as CIOMS-I on Case Form >> Regulatory Reports,
a pop-up window with "Processing..." message continues to be displayed and report is not displayed.

The report PDF file is created in the cache folder on Report Server.
The "Processing..." message pop-up window continues to be displayed until force to close by clicking 'X' icon at upper right corner.
