(Doc ID 1619967.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 14, 2016
Applies to:Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 to 2.0 [Release 2.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The problem affects Convergence 2 patch -06 (v2.0-6.01). It will affect later versions of Convergence 2 until bug 16354763 is fixed.
This problem does not affect Convergence 3.
This affects Internet Explorer 7, 8, and 9.
Internet Explorer 10 and later are not affected.
Internet Explorer 6 was not tested (because it is not supported with Convergence 2).
Other browsers are not affected (Firefox or Chrome)
When using the Contact panels (New and Edit) in the Address Book, the text fields will often ignore mouse clicks.
Specifically, the left side of the field is unresponsive. If the user clicks on the far right edge of the text box, the input will be accepted.
This is often seen after patching to Convergence 2 patch -06 (or patch -07) from a previous version.
