Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) up to and including 5.0.2, attempts to perform Voucher Recharges against Wallets in Wallet Lifecycle (WLC) states which do not permit Voucher Recharges are successful.
