How to import non-serious cases from Worklist Intake (Doc ID 1620181.1)

Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 7.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When importing intake files for serious cases, the <FLTH> tag needs to be populated in accordance with the rules described in Administrator Guide, chapter System Configuration Overview, section Worklist Intake.

But how to import non-serious cases? The Admin guide section has the following statement with regards to F, LT, or H values: If the case is neither, display No

This suggests that non-serious cases should be flagged using <tnsc:FLTH>No</tnsc:FLTH> in the intake file. However, this tag will fail the intake import with the following error:

The 'http://www.oracle.com/Argus/Case_Intake/v1.0:FLTH' element is invalid - The value 'No' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.oracle.com/Argus/Case_Intake/v1.0:FLTH_TYPE' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

Leaving the tag blank <tnsc:FLTH></tnsc:FLTH> also fails with

The 'http://www.oracle.com/Argus/Case_Intake/v1.0:FLTH' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.oracle.com/Argus/Case_Intake/v1.0:FLTH_TYPE' - The Enumeration constraint failed.
