Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.9 version, Memory Based Planner

When attempting to run a plan the following error occurs in the Memory Based Planner (MSONWA64)

ERROR

Could not load program MSONWA64.exe:
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol copysign was referenced
  from module MSONWA64.exe(), but a runtime definition
  of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-002 fatal error: exiting.
/EBSDEV1_Apps/applR12/mso/12.0.0/bin/MSONWA64.exe
Program exited with status -1
