While performing CMT import, the task is failing consistently with the below errors.

at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
at com.portal.pcm.DatabaseConnection.exec_sql_cmd(Unknown Source)
at com.portal.cmt.SQLLoaderWorkerThread.run(Unknown Source)
at com.portal.cmt.WorkerThread.run(Unknown Source)
The contents of the XML file is partially loaded to BRM DB.
However, its not making corresponding entries to the cmt_reference_t table, for those accounts which are loaded.
The XML file content was tested for 4000 accounts, 2500 accounts and 500 accounts. All the files failed with the same error consistently.
