ATP Demand Created By Booking When Item Orderability Rule Changes Prevent Scheduling (Doc ID 1620749.1)

Symptoms in Production and Test
with GOP patch 17307309

Demand is saved in msc_sales_orders table while SO line is not scheduled when a user attempts to Book/Books a sales order with a line referring to an item which is not orderable anymore.
Any subsequent ATP inquiry or scheduling will be inconsistent for this item after this and add more ATP demand.
This is critical for whom ATP and Item Order-ability are must have features.

Enter sales order line.
Set item order-ability - No for this item.
Then try to book the order.
We can see that OM sends Schedule request to ATP.
and then we can see OM sends UNschedule request to ATP.
Unschedule fails and line is not updated to 0 quantity.

item would not have any demand in ATP
