Model Upload Fails With ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object Errors

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.2.2, while trying to upload the data model the following error is thrown in the model upload log:

ERROR
Start Firing with index script ....file name :XAK1CONSOLIDATED_DETAIL_TEMPLA_FSI_O_CONS_DETAIL_TEMPLATE.sql
Error while executing Update :Failed Executing Query. Reason: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

Calling Rollback Segment
Inside the Rollback Segment


Prior to this error, it appears that the model upload attempts to drop this index:

If the index is manually dropped from the database, then a different error is thrown that the index does not exist to be dropped:

Started dropping index :XAK1FSI_O_CONS_DETAIL_TEMPLATE_FSI_O_CONS_DETAIL_TEMPLATE.sql
Error while executing Update :Failed Executing Query. Reason: ORA-01418: specified index does not existInside the Rollback Segment
Number of Exec Statements = 9

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete model merge in Erwin
2. Run the model upload
