7.0-7.3 Account Product Split Conversion Issue in The upgrade_account_product_split.sql (Doc ID 1620913.1)

Using the upgrade_account_product_split.sql file from <Patch 17450101> on , it is running into an issue.

It looks like the scripts relies on the au_account_products_t table but here at the user's side, for whatever reason, there has very few records in that table.  Due to this, the conversion of account_products_t -> purchased_product_t data does not look correct.
