Work Queue Service - Request Detail missing SECLOC information
Issue is only hitting ISR orders type Special with SecLoc defined as End User Locations (EUL).
Same problem whether SecLoc is entered at order creation or as supplement.

This seems a broken used to work after fix for SR 3-1121387761 - Bug 9323617 for MSS 6.0.16.b437 and MSS 6.2.0 GA.

1: Create ISR order for Request Type Special.
2: Populate PRILOC values under location tab and not SECLOC values.
3: Generate the tasks and assign them to appropriate work queues.

4: Open the work queue and right click on any task and then click on Service Request SECLOC will not display as it was not entered.
5: Supplement the order and create the SECLOC entry as EUL and process the Supplement.
6: Open the work queue and check for Service Request Details.

     »»MSS displays blank SECLOC value.

Issue also happens if you enter the SECLOC as EUL in the order creation step.

Users cannot rely on MSS Work Queue information and needs to open the order.
This impact users due to Security Settings.
