Printing CSPSR fails with ORA-06502 error

Symptoms
When printing a CSPSR (Clinical Study Periodic Safety Report), the following message is displayed and CSPSR is not generated.
Error Message on Pop-Up window:

When this issue occurs, the 'Argusvr2a.Argusvr2a.D[YYYY-MM-DD].T[HH-MM-SS].P[xxxxx].log' log file contains the following error message.
Sample location of the log file:
C:\Temp\ArgusLogs\Argus\Argusvr2a.Argusvr2a.D[YYYY-MM-DD].T[HH-MM-SS].P[xxxxx].log
