User Receiving HTTP 500 Error when attempting to Retrieve from Archive. (Doc ID 1621520.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3 version, WipEdit component

When attempting to retrieve a document from archive,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Http 500 The website cannot be displayed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to IPPS
2. Select your Line of Business
3. Click on Document Archive
4. Enter your Search Criteria and click submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot retrieve previously input documents.
