Goal
On BRM 7.5.0 Pricing Center, there were issues in enabling the 'New' button for the discount model, price model, zone model, time model and charge share model configurations.
Only 'Edit' option was available.
The 'grant' on the ifw tables is already available and the pricing admin.pl is also executed.
