M1-CancelAct Script References Task State 'ISSUES-DETD' Incorrectly (Doc ID 1623585.1)

Symptoms

In step 20 of the M1-CancelAct script the task state "ISSUES-DETD" is referenced as "ISSUES_DTD". This makes the script generate an error when a task is canceled while being in the ISSUES-DETD state, which is incorrect.

The script should refer correctly to the ISSUES-DETD state.
