Using either Oracle ATG Web Commerce Search, Oracle Commerce Service Center (prior to version 11), or when Oracle Commerce Platform is integrated with Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager, incremental or partial indexing takes longer than full indexing or baseline index.  Why does incremental / partial indexing takes longer than full / baseline index?
