Symptoms

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 7.0.3

Attempting to view Argus schema related data from SQL*Plus as SYS DBA account (e.g. selecting records from ARGUS_APP.CASE_EVENT table.

A number of rows that exist in the table are not being displayed (as the SYS user), however these are showing up as the ARGUS_APP (Argus Application Schema Owner)

e.g

Execute a query on the ARGUS_APP.CASE_EVENT table as Argus Schema owner and the SYS (as SYSDBA) user, the later does not see all of the records, whilst the former does - why ?

e.g.

Same count when run as SYS as SYSDBA returns only 166 rows

Able to see all records with Argus Application Schema when setting context, but not SYS as SYSDBA user
