This is a troubleshooting document to help assist and try to narrow down the cause of problems such as linking/unlinking not working in iconnect using Siebel.
When using iConnect how to verify whether the CRM setup is appropriate and is working. You can do this by testing the Web Services or integration to CRM outside of Oracle Knowledge. For Siebel, you can do this using a tool like SOAP UI. Download the Web Service Definition from Siebel and SOAP UI can create mock requests for you.
