Search Criteria On PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT Not Working As Expected

Symptoms

The amount (MINIMUM, MAXIMUM fields) and the resource_ID of the PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT don't work as expected.

Scenario:

  1. Consider below input flist :

    PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT input flist

  2. We are expecting to have in output, only the applicable events with amount between 0 and 0.5 on the resource_ID 826 (which is a monetary, GBP).
  3. What's happening is that, it returns all the events that have at least one bal_impact having amount within this values and at least one balance impact for resource id = 826.
