When Converted Double Byte Characters Such as Chinese, Korean and Japanese Are Used in the URL of Online Help Manual, It Can Not Be Opened by Web Client (Doc ID 1626355.1)

Symptoms

When converted double byte characters such as Chinese, Korean and Japanese are used in the URL of Online Help Manual, it can not be opened by Web Client.

When double byte characters such as Chinese, Korean and Japanese are entered in the URL of the web browser, the web browser automatically convert those double byte characters into single byte character.

For example: あ->%E3%81%82

If those converted characters are used in the online help manual URL, the online help manual can not be opened by Web Client.
