Behavior of OCSC 6.1 on Network Failover: OCSC 6.1 Instances Abort When Internal (Coherence) Network is Down

During testing of OCSC 6.1 on network failover, it is using 192.168.2.x (alias internal) network for coherence communication.

After shutting down (ifdown command) the 192.168.2.x interface on a machine, both SSU and PN instances abort on that node.

Is that a correct behavior of OCSC 6.1?
