Symptoms

i.
Developer's Toolkit => 'Menu Roles' (OPAROLES) Report fails with 'RS_FAILURE' for the 'OCL' Application Code (works fine for say the 'TMS' Application Code).

 

ii.
Log file contains :

LOG :

iii.
Reports engine trace contains the following error ie
