Cancelled products showing up multiple times in Customer Center

1. Upgrade system from 7.0 to 7.5
2. Log into Customer Center
3. Open account
4. Select plans / products tab and click Actions | Customize Plan Table and select Cancelled Products

Customer Center displays numerous cancelled products that don't match to the Database. 
There is a difference between 7.0 and 7.5 results.
