Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

When the profile "HR:Cross Business Group" is set to NO, unable to release purchase requisitions from ASCP.

MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ERRORS HAVE BEEN REPORTED
-----------------------

The Planner for item is not defined as a current employee. 
Please define this planner as a current employee in the source database and recollect.

ALSO - after fixing planner setup, further setup required for single planner to release for Multiple Operating Units (OU's)

The following error has also been reported during release from the Service Parts Planning (SPP) workbench:

ORA-20001: User not defined or not assigned to the responsibility - 'APS RELEASE'

OR we have seen error reported in workbench like below

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR:Cross Business Group : No
2. Run Data collection and ASCP plan
3. Releasing planner order as purchase requisitions from ASCP workbench or SPP workbench
