ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

OSM is not printing the log information correctly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Processing Amendment, currently only “Processing Amendment” information is printed. The Order & Revision order information should be printed for Processing Amendment like the Submit Amendment.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the cartridge & Create order.
2. Place a revision order. Issue will be replicated.
