Back-dated Disconnect Fails With "Error Getting Rps_datap: Null PRS Data" (Doc ID 1627982.1)

Symptoms

When we do a back date cancellation of the deal which is purchased backdated it failing with the below error. This issue is observed when the product customer is purchasing has the rate plan changed from 'RatePlanSelector' to 'SingleRatePlan'.

 Reproduction steps :

1. Created a product as rate plan selector on 18-03-2013.
2. Moved pin_virtual_time to 30-03-2013.
3. Change product configuration to single rate plan.
4. Purchased the deal backdated to 20-3-2013.
5. Cancel the deal backdated to 20-3-2013.
