Executing a Search With Comma Values (German Decimal Mark) In Float Fields Results in Error "EINTRAG MUß VOM TYP <REALZAHL> SEIN" (German Userinterface ONLY)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------------
When attempting to execute a search on a float field with value containing a comma - the German decimal marker - receiving error
Value must be of type <Float> !

Even though existing values for float fields are displayed with a comma.
German UI users are forced to use the English decimal mark '.'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

German users with German UI should be able to use the German decimal marker "comma" in searches

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------------------
Prerequisites:
Java Client Preferences are set to Language GERMAN or Client OS is a GERMAN installation then this setting can have value
PLM user specific default LANGUAGE_USERDATA is set to German

1. Start Java Client and open the item form mask
2. In item mask form - load an item having a BOM (search criteria Child > 0)
3. On BOM tab enter the query mode
4. In field QUANTITY enter search value "1,22"
5. Execute search
6. Receive error

Eintrag muß vom Typ <Realzahl> sein ! (Value must be of type <Float> !)
